I am thankful for last-minute decisions. Like ones to make chocolate crescent rolls at 11:45 pm.

I am thankful for the Pilgrims, who were brave enough to risk their lives to worship the way they wanted.

I am thankful to have a job that I enjoy going to. Even though this isn't exactly what I had planned to be teaching this year, I am fortunate to be doing what I love.
(Imagine another kindergarten class getting to paint their pumpkins!)

I am thankful that I have a car with a windshield to scrape each morning. I hate scraping my windshield, but it is a good reminder of a blessing I have never had to worry about. I have always had a car to drive and that is no small thing!

I am thankful for the gift of music and that God allowed me to spend two years in Northwesterners and NNU. The reunion was a great time to remember with friends :)

I am thankful that the plans I make don't always work out. When I graduated from college the two grades I never wanted to teach were fifth and kindergarten... I have now taught both! God always knows best!
