In College, I may not have started my homework at 10:48 pm... Well, when this was taken I was grumpy and had to get out of my warm bed to take a picture. It's amazing how things change.

In science my class is studying plants. One of the seeds made it's way onto the watering mat, which is made out of felt. Pretty sweet that it grew! :)

Like many children who grew up going to church, John 3:16 is the first Bible verse I ever memorized. I remember as a teenager, finding this scripture cliche and overused. I often though, "yes, yes, yes... God loves me..." Now, as I matured in my walk with The Lord I realized that none of God's word could ever be cliche. I love this verse. And today, the day of love, I realize once again, the greatest love of all. I can't think of any expression of love greater, more intimate, than someone coming to earth to die for His people. He died for people who don't have any hope of endeavoring to desearve His sacrifice of love. But, because of God's grace we are given eternal life with Him! I love you, Lord! I'm thankful to call you my Valentine... :)

Our book club book for the month. We have been reading it for two weeks. Ask me what page I'm on... I dare you... Okay, fine. I'll give you a hint, it's more that 1 and less than 3...

For Healthy Choices Week at school we had dress-up days. Monday was "born to be drug free." All the teachers brought in baby pictures and the kids had to match the baby with the teacher. Only three kids from my class guessed me correctly!

Sometimes I think about life... I remember the woman I was when I went to college. I think about all the times I have fallen short of what God wants for me. You know how it goes. In the midst of those thoughts God reminds me of the wonderful friends he has given me. I don't deserve them, and yet God has allowed them to be in my life anyway. Thanks for being there, Haline. I love you!
